We offer a professional snagging service for people buying new houses and apartments in Calabria.

We will inspect your new house/apartment before you move into it, we will identify any snags that we encounter. You will then be issued with a detailed report and snag list. Photographs will be taken of any items that make it onto the snag list. We will then email or post you a full and detailed report outlining all the corrections needed to be made.

We will then forward this report to your builder and they can start the process to correct any necessary problems, ensuring that when you move into your new home you will have the peace of mind that everything is to the high standards that you deserve.
