Our Rentals Management division in Calabria can also help you earn rental income from your property fast, by renting it out to long-term tenants or holidaymakers. From the moment you hand us your keys, we will take good care of you and your property.

FROM AS LITTLE AS €21 PER MONTH, YOU CAN AVAIL OF THE FOLLOWING SERVICES.

Our Services include the following:
  1. An initial introductory visit, during which photos will be taken and a full inventory of property's contents produced.
  2. Monthly inspection visits of the interior of your property during which we thoroughly air all rooms (subject to external weather conditions), check for pests and vermin and recommend action, test all appliances and electrical equipment to make sure all are in good working order, examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear, check all sanitary equipment and plumbing and make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional.
  3. Monthly visual inspections of the exterior, to check for any obvious defects.
  4. The supply of dilapidation's reports by e-mail, including photographs, if necessary.
  5. Identification of maintenance issues and organization of repairs
  6. ‘Helpline' during office hours for any property or guest-related issues that may arise.
  7. Emergency call-out facility with qualified staff.*
  8. Payment of emergency bills.*
  9. Provision of key-holding facility, management and distribution of keys, and 24-hour safety deposit box. *
  10. Welcome packs supplied for your guests *
  11. Provision of local information service.
  12. Airport transfers
  13. Snag lists / Initial deep clean after builders leave when property is completed *
