| This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is situated on a vast grove of Clementine trees and is just a short drive from the historic town of Pizzo, Lamezia airport and the beach. There is house and an apartment on the grounds of the orchard, it is very private and an extremely relaxing retreat. The vast 'colamiao' beach in Pizzo is just a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk down a small country lane way. On the beach there is a seasonal bar called 'Malibu' where they serve lunch and refreshments, plus loungers, parasols and pedalo's (water pedal boats) can be hired for a small fee. Both bedrooms are light and airy and there are mosquito screens installed throughout the apartment. The living area is very large and has a dining table for up to 4 guests and also lounge seating, plus a TV with free view channels. WIFI internet access is also provided at the apartment for no extra charge. Short term lets are encouraged by the owners, plus for those of you looking for just a 1 or 2 night apartment, this holiday home is ideal. |

The construction of the new slide has begun already at Pizzo Beach Club. Completion date is set for March 20th. The height of the slide will start at 6 meters, so it promises to be yet another successful introduction at the very popular resort. We have just completed the first stage of the completion process for our clients in 13F Borgonovo Resort. A good friend of ours from Ireland, who has been living in Calabria for over 20 years, is displaying her artwork in an exhibition in Nicastro, Lamezia.
