We offer a cleaning service prior to any arrival of guests or clients planning to use your apartment. We will:

• Wash/Dry/Press all linen and laundry which was used during the term of rental.
• We will thoroughly clean all the rooms of the apartment including bathroom and kitchen areas.
• We will lightly clean the terrace and balcony areas.

Prices include 20% IVA VAT

We will :

• Remove all labels and plastic coverings from furniture, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, windows, doors, flooring
• Clean all doors, floors, windows, skirting, fixtures & fittings of paint and plaster
• Clean all windows, window shutters, window frames and sills.
•  Test all sockets, appliance and lighting
• Clean and polish kitchen, bedroom, living room, toilets and etc. cupboards inside and out.
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom.
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs. Make sure all the property is dust free.
• Air all rooms.
  
  Our prices for our ‘builders deep clean’ service include IVA VAT at 20%.
